You must be wearing enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing.
There is parking under the building, in the driveway and off street parking in Wilton and Hawthorne Streets. We strongly advise that if trying to park under the building on a busy day that you send someone up to have a look first!
Birthday FAQs
Yes, we prefer bookings to ensure you do not arrive when we have an exclusive use and also we can encourage you to come when there are other players to ensure you have the best experience possible.
Monday – Thursday between 3pm – 5pm save $3 per person off regular priced birthday packages.
Yes, if you are not celebrating a birthday we have other offers for you, call now to get the correct deal for your group.
Parties will last between 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the package you choose. The weekends are usually VERY busy with parties and may last little longer. You will receive an off-peak discount for parties booked during our quieter periods.
Save $3 per child if you book your party between 3:00pm and 5:00pm Mon-Thu.
By all means you may bring cake, food and drink.
Unfortunately we cannot offer refrigerating, freezing or re-heating facilities for your own food.
A range of hot food is now available for purchase from our new in-house kitchen. Please contact one of friendly staff for specific details

Children under 7 can play at parents discretion, providing they are capable of wearing the battle suit. Adult supervision for children under 7 years is also recommended. No refunds are given in the event children under 7 do not wish to play.
We suggest to book as early as possible. However, weekends are busy and prime times fill quickly.
Yes in most cases. We are unable to guarantee that groups will play alone unless there is an exclusive use.
We are unable to provide wheelchair access into the building. Please advice management/staff and we will be more than happy to assist you into the premises.
